Well, unless the Chinese scumbags that run this are folding up shop and running, (which they might), there may be a somewhat dingy grey lining as there are a lot of debt holders with .001 shares.
Without a sustained PPS they too will be trading for losses, that is if they even can get any volume. There is no good reason why anyone would be a buyer here as there has been zero developments, and zero communication from anyone.
