NEW YORK, NY, Nov 11, 2014 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- Pocket Games, Inc. (OTCBB: PKGM), a Games Development Company, today announced that it is in discussions with the Investors and Management of a Games Testing Company to acquire their operations and existing team.
The Games Testing Company currently has a solid team and a healthy client base. Pocket Games sees the acquisition as an accretive acquisition that will benefit the company in multiple ways. Pocket Games has used this Company for several times on its development projects over the past twelve months.
Pocket Games will benefit from having an in-house company to test future development projects rather than outsourcing. This keeps the expenses and subsequent revenue internal. The Games Testing Company will be able to experience impressive growth in revenues and profits from new revenue streams growing out of operations and offices that the Company is planning to open in Europe and the U.S.A.
