Accident Lawsuit Funding Reports Focus on Funding Cases for Motorcycle Accidents
PR Newswire - Fri Nov 07, 4:00AM CST
Accidentlawsuitfunding.com, a leading national lawsuit funding firm, announced today that they are accepting higher lawsuit funding application requests for people who have been involved in motorcycle accidents, as well as incidents involving quads, vans, and all-terrain vehicles. ALF, along with its funding partners, are committed to helping clients and ensuring they obtain the money they need. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), 93,000 motorcyclists were injured in 2012, which increased from 81,000 in 2011. Also in 2012, 4,957 people died in motorcycle crashes, which was a 7% increase from the previous year. Motorcycles by nature are simply less visible to other drivers, and motorcyclists are more vulnerable to hazardous weather and road conditions than drivers operating closed vehicles. According to Time Warner Cable News, in October of this year, an 18 year old was killed while on his motorcycle in Charlotte, NC, when an SUV turned in front of him. Both drivers tried to avoid the accident, but the victim's bike "skidded on its side and hit the front end of the minivan." The teen died at the scene, while no one in the minivan was injured.
