lol.... I hear ya. It is almost funny and sad at the same time. I will admit the possibilities of a delay this go round seem less likely simply because their isn't many more steps left to go before reporting sale of goods. They can't blame dredging or mining problems....or licensing... they talk as though they have product and have a consultant selecting the cream of the crop to export. They must have enough to warrant a "substantial parcel"
