Doubt it Mitchell. If Essexx sends it back to Lakeshore, that doesn't mean its a green light. Lakeshore could put off the issue for months.
Its really a tough situation to be in. It'll work out eventually (imo), but it'll be tough sledding for a while.
I'm still blown away that there are people saying "Zoning is NOT an issue". Not directed at you of course.
