(Nasdaq:ATRA), a drug development company with a focus on innovative therapies for patients with debilitating diseases, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $11.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "ATRA" on October 16, 2014.
