Don't expect an AM press release, and here is why.

The next PR needs to contain certain things. It needs to show strength and confidence, give a definitive path forward with a reasonable time frame estimate (stated or not) and (most importantly) needs to be practical.
If the solution was in hand, we would have read that PR on Friday. The team is obviously still working on the plan (or its execution) and it would be counter productive to release a PR stating a course that was dead on arrival.
I'd suspect that if the plan were to sue Lakeshore and that hit the wires, watch out below. If thats the course, its going to be a long and drawn out process.
With as much as I call for transparency, this is the time they need to stay tightlipped until they have started to execute it. A vague, weak or a planned course that will take many months will further sink confidence.
Of course, all just my opinion.
