EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: ENLK) (the Partnership) today announced the pricing of $100.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.400% senior notes due 2024 (the "2024 Notes" and $300.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.050% senior notes due 2045, at prices to the public of 104.007% and 99.452%, respectively, of their face value. The 2024 Notes are being offered as an additional issue of the Partnership's outstanding 4.400% Senior Notes due 2024, issued in an aggregate principal amount of $450.0 million on March 19, 2014.
