I don't often post, been picking up shares since Jan and I live in Windsor, just
outside Lakeshore.
Essex County Council is made up of Mayors and Deputy Mayors from the 7
County towns. I think the only way Bain would be considered in conflict is if he
had a financial/family stake in the game.
It'll be interesting to see what happens.
I dunno if it matters much but the existing building was originally built to be a
movie studio. That's not agriculture, how was it zoned?
The 'Town of Emily vs Johnson' doc that was posted a couple days ago
might be important. All that said, Lakeshore or Essex can't do much about
what's been built and they said so at the meeting, I think?
