Exactly, why would anyone even think of that, when they know for a fact that their stock going to be in pennies before year end.... SWRF
With revenues rolling in and pps rising steadily I'd like to know one reason why they would even do a RS. It would not make any sense
The RS is REFERRED TO IN THE 14F-1.
Each of the SoOum shareholders above will receive series B preferred shares in the merger, each of which will grant them 1,000 votes per share. It is anticipated that at some point these shares will be converted to common shares after the merger and after a reverse stock split which will align the capital structure of the Company. Thus immediately following the merger the SoOum shareholders will own no shares of common stock, but they will own series B preferred shares that will give them ownership and combined voting rights equal to 80% of all the shares outstanding

$SWRF trading beautifully! Higher highs and higher lows each day!!! Would be crazy not to break .001s Monday with the big news coming, plus over 200 mil in volume traded 0008 - .001 in last 2 days!! Over 100 mil traded Friday at .0009 - .001!! Huge week coming

that would be fantastic if we do...don't get me wrong, I would like to see the SP at a min of .005 before they say the deal is done. I suspect we hear a lot more after it is done as they will keep the momentum.
.02 is not out of the question here... .25 imo, is not achievable with the current ss....although myeXXX has a similar ss and hit .08+ ..believe me, I know first hand!

I emailed them with a question this afternoon asking them if they would or have looked into possibly trying to acquire contracts in importing/exporting in the MJ sector. Will post with a reply when I receive and answer.
