(NYSE: CEL) (TASE: CEL) (hereinafter: the "Company" announced today that the Israeli Supreme Court dismissed with prejudice an appeal filed in 2011 against the dismissal with prejudice of a purported class action filed against Netvision Ltd., the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, and other defendants, regarding on-line auctions of goods. The total amounts claimed from the defendents, had the lawsuit been certified as class action wasn't quantified by the plaintiffs. In addition, a purported class action was filed against 013 Netvision Ltd., or Netvision, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, in relation to sums Netvision allegedly wrongfully charged its subscribers, relating to their payment method. The total amounts claimed from Netvision, if the lawsuit is certified as class action is estimated by the plaintiff to be over NIS 50 million (and under certain mistaken assumptions detailed elsewhere in the lawsuit- over NIS 1 billion). At this early stage the Company cannot assess the lawsuit's chances of success.
