One may ignore a report like that. When they mention Brazil economic downturn in lowering demand for oil, means they're clueless on the fact they use Ethanol in their transports.
Russia has big oil finds/(steals from waters US too) on polar waters/islands... that is true. Belize offshore had big find.
I suggest ignoring that reporter.
Now, when the BBC reports world supplies up 10% on Treaty Energy's new water system helping the end of injection wells... well, that's a better enjoyable tale.
