With all of the positive developments, I'm not worried about a missed production date. Missed dates happen all the time. If MINE misses the date next week, it will cause one of my eyebrows to raise - but not both.

compare the production numbers in that Oct 6 News release. According to the production numbers of the Nov 7 letter to investors that 30000 case run that was told to us Oct 6 did not occur in mid October and still has not occurred as we near mid November. Ironically, Amazon was restocked without that called for mid October production to restock. Obviously the October 6 news was very misleading and non factual.

Since Powerbrands has an office in the UK, they might know about a bottling plant, or own one? You could call the UK office and ask them. I think it's a given they plan to bottle there and shipping now is for exposure. MINE

Last one right? How many shares can it convert? Nothing compared to what has happened past 3 months. Time to move up is here! Nothing stopping it from here on out! Sure a few people could sell perceived weak 10-K on Monday but I doubt there are many people holding MINE shares right now that would get shook from a 3 month old 10-K and sell at .0040. Fact is a bunch of notes converted past 3 months and there is one or two left. Nothing significant that would quell upward movement!
