I have been able to confirm that Mrs. Mann has recently developed a seafood allergy, so the newly amended agreement calls for DP to cook Beef Mughlai for her instead of Shrimp Vindaloo.
Because of the decreased availability of the type of beef required for this recipe, DP only has to cook for Mrs. Mann on a monthly basis for the next 6 months.
I wouldn't classify this settlement as "Immaterial", since cooking Beef Mughlai is no easy task; however, it is unlikely to substantially impact current shareholders.
TRTC is a golden goose and next week we will raft down a liquid river of gold...

My DD led me the conclusion that......the MJ license Mann thought he got in the settlement was really just a revoked Driver License from a convicted drunk driver in New Jersey named Norman on September 11, 2012......so bottom line is both are absolutely worthless.
Frivolous case is now disposed.
