WHAT IF THEY INTRODUCED THE NEW CAMERA AND THE NEW MAYO STAPLER DEVICE....COULD GO UP QUICKLY
On the same day TransEnterix announced the departure of their COO, they filed form S-3 registration statement under the UNITED STATES SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
Washington, D.C. 20549.
From what I can tell it looks like potentially another public offering soon?
Perhaps someone on our board more versed than me can review the information?
Yes. What's the connection with Cellanyx Diagnostics?
Albala's board affiliations...

Im not trying to start-up any sort of conspiracy... on the contrary actually. We sometimes tend to read into different "connections" in this industry without considering that it is a relatively small, close-knit network of experts across the board. With all the recent news and speculation Im just curious about where true conflicts of interest lie? With all the cross-over from company to company you have to wonder how these companies are able to keep the lid on so tight.
Good point, again back to one of my questions - did Bertner have something to do with all this ? We will definitely get MORE exposure...we're seeing it now with the reads/activity on this message board.
Going out for dinner and drinks - need to step away and breath for a bit. Catch up with uwes tomorrow morning...the more I think about it, can't stop feeling that someone got BLIND-SIDED BIGTIME. Judging from the lack of response from LTG's, it may have very well been the TRXC camp/folks.
* What goes around comes around and what they did to their shareholders was awful. Perhaps Paul L was also one of them at the time ??
Agreed!
We breakout to the upside with a we're on track Geo...if its anything more positive - lookout ! Negative or we're behind and we get beaten up worse than your brother would facing Tyson.
* This still doesn't excuse Mgt. and their (lack) of action as they have to keep shareholders informed...it is NOT A PRIVATE COMPANY
So the new SAB replaced the original MAB, correct? I was just wondering since the Cellanyx Diagnostics link is dated 10/14/2014.
That was the old Amedeus board. The new SPORT board is the SAB formed this year.

I think you are mistaken on both fronts. I do not see him on either companies board. I went to both companies websites.
Just curious, does anyone know if Dr. David Albala is still on Titan's medical board... because he is also currently on the board at Transenterix as well.
from http://endb-consolidated.aihit.com/00C727E0/people.htm

I realize KOLs sit on several medical industry advisory boards throughout their careers but is this a conflict of interest to sit on the boards of two competing development-stage companies?
The fact that with everything that went on this week and the stock did nothing either way tells me it's all much to do about nothing. Initially I thought there was more to all this, but if Investors on the inside don't care, why should we? They are always ahead of the game and good indicator of what's to come.
However, I will say that the SV deal just increased our exposure and networking exponentially. All of there board members, directors, employees will most likely be learning about Titan soon. How many people will they tell? I also assume word of mouth may eventually reach some of those 160 companies under there umbrella.
Let's wait til they report and dig from there.
Hello,
My guess is we have something sv and trxc wants and or needs. What doesn't make sense is why not buy us and not ximedica. My guess is the stock price is being held down so the rich boys can "AFFORD" us when we are proven. Maybe Paul is just babysitting the thing till the time is right. These guys would have access to more money than Jesus.
As a Titan holder, I would take Paul in a second in any capacity, His mind would be something you couldn't turn down. What I do not want is any association with debt riddled trxc. If he was babysitting that though, how did it turn into such a train wreck.
I assume the COO was just a fall guy, guess his weekend was ruined. Sure came around quick after the chatter started didn't it.
I for one would think silence will not cut it this time. We are dealing with ethics and legalities. Very important qualities nessasary for any company ever wanting to achieve maximum share holder value and ultimately success.
One thing that won't jump out of my head was the comment somebody had on here about the "begging" about participating in the trade show or whatever it was. Why aren't we knocking down the doors to be part of whatever we can to get the name out. Keeping the price down.? It's working.
If silence is the approach I will be backing out slowly this stock and adventure is a weird one.
And yes the pope is praying.........hopefully for titan.
Not sure why you still own shares...
No argument here HC. Im a happy investor as long as they stay on track. You alluded to it last week though, any bad news, including a revelation that they are behind schedule, and this stock takes a nosedive. So I doubt they would announce anything but that they remain on schedule - unless they have something positive, like a design freeze, to announce.
That's part of the allure. SAB is a well respected group and centers of influence throughout the US/World with many contacts and medical association relationships, which in turn can help your sales team get "in the door" so to speak. This is valuable and highly prized.
No doubt things are shaping up nicely, but it was a big moment in their history as well. A lot to be happy and exited about...
Smiling is one thing but standing up there hooting and hollering is another. I watched it on YouTube and I feel pretty good about things after seeing that. It's kind of like when you see a happily married couple vs a miserable couple pretending to be happy. You can see the difference. Dr. Fowler can be seen towards the back giddy the entire time. Good news is coming! Stay patient boys and girls!
