HC issued a ready to build letter approximately a year ago which basically means your clear to build your medical MJ facility according to the plans we have reviewed 58000 sf and if you complete the building according to those plans we will inspect the facility. Once you have satisfied all our requirements we will follow through with our end of the deal and issue you a license to grow medical MJ ( 1.3 million pounds)
In my view the ready to build letter is tantamount to receiving a license. The final inspection is the formality at the end and the go ahead to open for business.
