Recently happened across some potentially interesting DD to share.
Generic ecig branded "Real Smokefree"
The rub is that the domain above is owned by the very same owner of
realsmokefree.com
which is also now using Wix for hosting just as the other and this is the same domain Roth began using in PR announcements just before things went astray.

Perhaps Roth sold this domain or perhaps it was never owned by SFIO but rather it was used by SFIO to point to a planned distributor of one of the company's ecig designs which was going to be branded and sold but never happened. All just speculation but interesting nonetheless. Also intriguing is the verbiage used by Roth in the announcement of the patent licensing agreement with W Technologies regarding,
"This licensing represents the first of a number of new planned moves to put the Smokefree products into distribution... The launch of the licensing with W Technologies is only our first step in teaming up with businesses that will be producing its own unique branding of the basic designs patented by Smokefree."
