Paper Prophet -

I missed your contributions here - you were gone a whole week. Hope your time away was.....profitable.

I now see that you are encouraging people to take John to court, using posts on a stock message board to illustrate someone's alleged losses that they've suffered by investing in PTOI / JBII stock. It's merely my observation and opinion, but I think you'll have better results by repeating the simple math formula than you will have trying to convince readers here of the merits of taking John to court for fraud. There are only a handful of people on these message boards who are keeping the claims of $10 / barrel oil and WTI -$3 alive; everyone else has moved on some time ago. Maybe you should join forces and start another class action.

As the price of oil falls, the case against pyrolysis (at least for some companies) grows stronger, provided that such pyrolysis is performed solely focusing on the sale price of the output. IMO there are many reasons why entities would continue to process their waste plastic in the face of falling oil prices instead of directing it to landfills - "greening" a corporate image is but one of them.

There is a risk that PTOI won't succeed in selling their processors to anyone, which would result in much fanfare and prolonged gloating from the "anti" crowd; what will be the refrain if they in fact do sell one (or several)? What sorts of credentials does the "anti" camp need to see in order for the sale to be considered "legitimate"? Or is there no amount of credentials that would satisfy them / you?
