Make no mistake about it folks. The way the council presently is slandering and handling CEN Bio is ILLEGAL. The mayor slandering FITX on record is ILLEGAL. Posting a message on the town homepage slandering CEN bio even after it was declared that the bylaw meeting wasn't even about CEN Bio is ILLEGAL. The lawyer without proper representation in the previous council meeting bringing up share price as a reason to not pass the new bylaw in CEN bio's favor is ILLEGAL.
We already gave the letter of intent prior to building PERIOD. We are lawfully allowed to use that land the way we intended to use it.
These are all on public record (thankfully).
Bill was not lying this whole time. He was trying to keep his cool. He was aware of the nonconforming use of land the whole time. He was also a little caught off guard that the town decided to do a complete 180 after giving him the thumbs up.
The council is LYING...Plain and simple.
Remember when they acted shocked when we told them that they already knew about the plans and we discussed it with a couple of them at the previous council meeting? This was after the letter of intent and the welcoming conference too. Well it turns out there is video and documented evidence that we DID in fact tell them prior to those meetings over a year ago now.
