and there you go why it did what it did... evil didn't care for this news. KMA Global Solutions has hired Broadridge to complete a NOBO/OBO list identifying current KMAG shareholders of record. This is our first step in anticipation of setting a finalized date for the up coming shareholder meeting which will be announced soon.
