Also, it is my belief that the intent was to grow, harvest, dry, package, and sell. I do not think ANY ENTITY thought otherwise.
Really, why grow and dry and not package and sell ? So, just the fundamental common sense of the intent would guide a reasonable person to believe that was the full intent. So, this can not be divided up into parts, as all parts are the whole intent. JMO GLTA
