If ever there was a good candidate for some kind of restricting or RM or who knows what, this is it.

TONEY ANAYA 10M shares ( once was Governor of N.M. )
Jim Cohen 10M shares
Jim's wife 10M shares
Jim Cohen, his wife, Anaya and Pelosi were NTUR Founders and had 80% of outstanding shares at the time. I spoke with Mr. Cohen about a year ago, and he told me that they all still had their Founder's shares.
