Can't speak with absolute knowledge, but, my guess you are correct. I know I am and accumulating as opportunity presents itself. This is a long term play as long as they are in business, which in my opinion, will be a VERY long time. No one can predict what the government will do on any given day. In this case, it is politics at it's best with H / C and greed at it's best in Lakeshore. The rest is noise.
