He is the CEO....he has more important things to worry about. His communication with shareholders for the past 12 - 18 months or so has been outstanding. Find another CEO that did what he did. Their comes a point and time where legalities are more important. I personally felt his communication although welcomed...was excessive and worried that he could get this company in trouble by this. It may be one reason why he has turned more conventional.
