Based on what I know they are sending them I think that is a very distinct possibility. I would not be surprised at all if FITX is not already in touch with them with the WHOLE story. But, that is something we will have to wait and see on. Or, Lakeshore may just ok the site 1 and allow the rest to work itself out. That would actually be the smartest way to move forward for them with the least liability. No one knows. Again, we find ourselves waiting on government. SAD........GLTA
