Its obvious they were caught with their britches down. Their last PR was an obvious move to position themselves to negotiate with the town.
Who knows where this one goes. Frankly, Bill, the Mayor and council need to powwow and not end the discussion til the ink is dry.
The lawsuit crowd is delusional, FITX will be an irrelevant grower by the time that suit gets won. Its much better to negotiate now, and move once we are profitable.
