They need to shut down Facebook, all the freaking out over there proclaiming scam, everything Bill said was TRUE. The town is just being difficult and will get their day in court. He said zoning is a non-issue....IT IS A NON ISSUE. The town is now admitting they are zoned right...on the city website, they are just now trying to create an illegal loophole proclaiming 2 nights ago the changed MMJ to industrial, which the federal government said it is agricultural.
Had 3 residents not try to extort the company none of this would have happened. At the meeting, again, their only issue was We are not zoned right, we are. PERIOD. They then tried to vote saying MMJ is industrial and cannot be grown there. That will never hold up in court.
Once and for all close Facebook, for good. Let us get PR from the company website. As OTC said and I agree, I am a buyer at the inevitable sub penny. Now the next move by FITX will be the biggest they make, and it will be a lawsuit. I am long FITX, so I will take free stock any day of the week
