These BOD members joined us at 0.04-0.06 PPS, lets be honest, that's pathetic, I honestly do not think they will leave now when A: they know we have the law on our side. B: This industry WILL happen...not If, WILL happen. C: They know the team they have, they can EASILY turn this into billions in time.
All of this again was not about zoning, the home ownes are trying to extort, they are claiming they are losing value in their homes. They argued it is not zoned right. Now you have the town saying it is zoned right...what we have said all along, NOW they tried to find a loop hole, which they really are reaching for with the whole. MMJ was voted as industrial, so you can grow hemp in that building as Hemp is agricultural but MMJ is not under our new laws, so all you need to do is re-zone (which would be denied, especially now.), but being that area is not for industrial, you cannot be there, so rebuild in the industrial area.
To many people try to bring jobs to help their home towns, the towns get greedy seeing opportunity, then it blows up. Again, the federal government already stated MMJ IS an agricultural product. The town cannot say otherwise.
