Possible outcome, I still say sue the daylights out of the town (this must happen, for no less than $30 million in my opinion), we simply get the new location in a better city, Hemp is agricultural? Fine, grow hemp at this one, let those lovely hemp field odors carry to their homes that otherwise would have been non-exsistant. remove all items we need for new building to new location. Get locals to work there, then one day post a note on a locked gate saying please see the neighbors and councilmen, you no longer have a job here, this facility closed.
