Re: ARRGSTER #42125
I still say it is the Canadian government holding up HC, they stopped giving licenses after the courts put an injunction on it until they figure out laws regarding if people should be allowed to grow their own, to me it is no coincidence licenses stopped after that moment.

And investors stay especially when you see the law is on our side, that town at this point came out of nowhere, proclaimed they knew nothing when they were there when we broke ground and went to numerous meetings. Asked us not to attend council meetings so we can not defend the company so we are halted. NOW they say we are not grandfathered in because of a made up reason, they also are having their lawyers go through and find every single crack however small.

They are now saying that Hemp can be grown there as that is agricultural and MMJ is now industrial and to grow there we need to apply for re-zoning. Even though their government already wrote another town saying "No, it is 100% agricultural"

I am now ready to see if we can argue the locals on agricultural lands with homes cannot be there and should be on residential land. You CANNOT change laws once agreed upon, they think THAT is the loophole. "The building is OK, but your product is not agricultural and if you want to grow it, simply rezone as industrial, which will have you admit to being industrial which makes the buildings unlawful. You cannot retroactively change laws.

Sadly all this is about is the idiots and their property value, their homes lost 30% value. They want to see trees and windows and butterflies. They also asked Bill to probably buy their homes for outrageous prices...extortion. I say nail them to the wall.
