The supply of stock has been the same for quite some time. Call the TA, the float has been about 1.06B for many months. It's the demand that has not increased significantly enough to move the stock. As to why that is, it's quite simple - Baltia has no business at this point in time, and investors with very deep pockets are not going to put their money into an OTC stock with zero revenue, and constantly increasing authorized shares. This is unfortunately an objective truth.
So how does Baltia overcome this problem? First and foremost, certification. Second, show profitability on an above average scale. A profit margin of 5% won't get them anywhere, they need tens of millions of dollars in profit in 2015 to become a dollar stock.
The demand should (and I say this cautiously) increase exponentially once we get news of ticket sales. That's a near guarantee that Baltia will generate revenue.
