Agreed, but, since 2013 the counsel knew the intended use, including but, not limited to the city planner, and the mayor. That is just proven fact. The point is I think is that Lakeshore dropped the ball because no one knew anything about what the Feds, or H / C was telling them to do. Again, they dropped the ball. They OK'd the project by allowing them to build out for that purpose. Allowed them to spend millions to do so. Now, the fact that the Lakeshore people CHOSE not to entertain what the law SHOULD be, is not to take away from what they DID ALLOW.
Being ignorant is not an excuse for Lakeshore. I am not going to say they are other words.....just ignorant to what they had ample opportunity to do, but, did not. They made an informed decision to do what they did back then, based on what they wanted to do, which was support a mmj facility to create jobs and income for the area.
Nothing they say can change the facts. They knew, and approved.
