not lawyer talk at all. AGAIN, buildings are not zoned, land use is zoned. The only issue is the amount of size dedicated to taking what they grow and their ability to package it and ship it out in the amounts they spoke of. The zoning is correct in as much as it is correct for that zone the company CHOSE to locate in, knowing full well it was value added as another poster clearly showed in town documents. It really is a simple issue but one which the company clearly clouded by refusing to use value added when stating they have all municipal approvals.
