So we are going to court then....That PR said noth

The letter from Bill that was read was basically his way of saying (as far as I got out of it) as well as the PR notice (as I took it) is unless the town 100% comes out and says directly the following
"The current buildings are 100% properly zoned as at the time it was authorized and built they were in guidelines thus grandfathered in, all future buildings not yet zoned will need to go against the federal governments decree that MMJ is Agricultural and we choose to classify it as Industrial....Because BillyBob and Marge said it should be."
To many vague answers, nobody saying anything exact for fear of the courts. I read that unless we hear them acknowledge us as agricultural, we will sue you as they were calling people out in the meeting by name, referencing you had knowledge and you approved it, it was to remind them we will use this in court.
I do think Bill is done with that towns BS, as are all of us. I am staying around because even looking at this in a non-biased way, they literally do not have ONE thing legally to argue about. I do think the under 10 residents who complained are trying to extort the company, what the town needs to tell them is that the buildings already built and zone approved will need to stay as such or the town can go under due to lawsuits. The town will be decimated by that lawsuit, they literally have nada I can find to even be argued in their favor except the town can have say over the "aesthetics", but almost all of that would be trumped by HC federal mandates on how it should be built.
Final words...
This....is....guaranteed....to....go....to....COURT.
Price will take a massive hit, and I will be waiting it out like a vulture as I am not day trading this one, I will be taking shares for a penny and under from them when they panic sell though. Going to be a long wait, I am a buyer at sub-penny to average down like mad
