It just does't make sense that the complaints are coming now. I would think that most people would notice the construction especially if construction is happening in your own back yard. Sounds more like a money scam to me. First the Mayor on Video welcomes Cen, and now there are problems. I hope the company leaves that town high and dry, no pun intended
