Please stop making such statement before people start thinking you're delusional unless of course you have evidence to support the claim. I thought TECO stakeholders are trying to get away from such utterances in their quest to rebuild credibility. But alas, have fun. Nov. 10 is almost here, and I suspect it may even happen before then.
