It is all a guess, BUT I have been thinking no license will be issues until the federal injunction is over next May, since no new license has occurred since that event, I assume that will be the case, but I could be wrong.
I am positive we are not yet licenses because of the current events. Nowhere in the license approval does it say anything about zoning, HC's job is to set laws required to have grow ops, meet those, get inspected and shown you are up to spec, they license you. If you have all the required security and vaults in your own home and cameras and security, you could probably get approved in your own home.HC may entertain requests but that's all, their job is do license to not based on you meeting all guidelines as well as alerting the town. Lakeshore just had a stupid rule where you need to have a building to get licensed approved, and also you needed to have an approved license to build....yes, they are that backwards. 2 things that contradict, you think Bill and the lawyers would not have clarified that?
The drop is based mostly off of panic by those who do not wish to read and inform themselves, simply come to forums to hear news in brief then listen to bashers. Give it time, anything under 0.05 is dirt cheap.
