Its what I am doing, would LOVE to see sub-penny. The meeting is like comedy gold. Literally have lawyers going in line by line explaining to the council their own laws they don't even understand LMAO!!! They THINK they do, but clearly they do not.
Their federal laws define MMJ, defines it as agricultural. They also looked dumb when the lawyer said they have contradictory laws they should fix. Such as You need a building to get a license, then another law saying you need a license to get a building, personally I would bill the council for my time to teach them.
