My prediction:

We are zoned correct, have the city planner signing off on it, Canada laws stating what defines agricultural is. Some people are trying to shake down the company an din time the company will go after them. I have been saying for a while now I expect next May for a license.

Building 1 will be grandfathered in on any by law changes, others? I admit may need to be re-zoned but I think those are already submitted as industrial anyway?????

I see residents getting jobs there and the town eventually reaping the benefits of that for no more than 2 years after license. By that time FITX will have new lands in other towns ready then because of all the drama and difficulty, the town will find its biggest company gone and they go back to numerous people jobless. I honestly smell corruption on the councils part and a few residents.

The following is a true story, not many people know this, but Disney World was supposed to be built in Louisiana (Walt loved New Orleans, why main street looks the way it does.) We had very very corrupt officials, all excited about having the state transform because of Walts company, then the corruption happened, officials wanting a cut of the action, blackmails, etc. Walt being Walt said "No, I don't think so" Pulled his company, he then secretly bought land in a swamp like area in a nothing town people drove through...Orlando, because that town chose not to be corrupt and extort, Orlando is one of the most visited places on Earth, making many billions on tax revenue and even transformed the face of the entire state. Now I know Bill is no Walt and CenBio is no Disney, but there is a lesson to be learned there.
