Here's how I see it, correct me if I am wrong.
1) Site one recommended to landlord MJ facility could go there.
2) CenBio notifies town, council approved and signed off last November at a council meeting.
3) Mayor welcomes CenBio to Lakeshore at a public meeting w/economic growth officials January of 2014. (That is when I made my initial investment)
4) CenBio builds facility by applying for legal building permits. (Not sure if there are MJ specific building permits, my guess is no)
5) HC inspects facility.
Not sure what I am missing?
Looks black & white to me.
If I were to apply & be approved by a city council then build my building why would I need to constantly check in w/the town? As far as I'm concerned I did that prior to anything. The town inspected the buildout along the way as well.
