Until tonight there was no mechanism for getting approved to have a mmj facility. No criteria on the books that must be met, no laws that must be followed. It was all non existent. Before tonight it was an Ag crop to be treated as any other Ag crop. There was nothing on the books to treat it differently than a typical Ag crop, nothing.
