Thanks for that post. Would it be safe to assume, then, that the Ontario Provincial authorities would reason in a similar fashion that med mj can't be prohibited on agricultural land; or are there some special features of the Ontario Province that would hinder their reasoning in a similar way to the BC Provisional authorities' decision.
