Here is a link to the paperwork on the buy back. It was a purchase from a private holder. Not on the open market. Awesome way to maximize company dollars and increase shareholder value.

We have taken the A/S from 10.1 Billion to 7.2 Billion
That is a 29% reduction and is being done in the most shareholder friendly way.
