If litigation were necessary to fully utilize Site1 (Bldg2), and Site 2 as hemp trials and hemp/MMJ R&D, I'm thinking the guys that invested the $20 million have that covered.
BTW, this council is a total clusterfuck, imho ..... right hand/left hand --- shit from shinola. Bunch of bloviating fools. And why in the hell do you need a council of 10 members for a "town" of 34,000 people.
