Both are right if my conversation with Bill Swalm

Both are right if my conversation with Bill Swalm holds true from this afternoon. He clearly stated to me that the meeting tonight will not impact site 1as it has been grandfathered in however, it could impact site 2 because site 2 was not ready for inspection at the time of the meeting/decision tonight. Because site one has been inspected, it is grandfathered in... No worries there but site 2 may be vulnerable depending on their decision tonight.
