I think we are industrial, which will require a site specific change (if I understood correctly), which will delay licensing. All that is if we meet the 500m setback from dwellings.
That doesn't bode well with me. I expected us to get everything we wanted tonight. I dont understand why our CEO is playing roulette over in Ukraine when his baby in Lakeshore is on fire.
