my original thinking was an aromatic *sold* 2 to 3M PTOI shares
in doing the tapes (approx 2 weeks later) my thinking changed
i suspect that an aromatic's cert was loaned to be shorted against
(most like @ 0999) .. this may have been done for a few reasons
including by showing back to back *volume* that rivaled dolts complaint
in Jan 2012 .. hoping to get P2O investors to sell first based on SMB posts
and clearly out of the norm *volume*
aromatic may have approached RH about doing a PIPE ..
clearly the lower the PPS the more *mileage* (shares) are gotten
i myself don't see that outcome .. since RH has self funded and done
his best (as JB did previously) *imo* to keep the SS >> enviable at this stage
of P2O's transition
so if SOLD >> zero traction
and if not sold >> smoke and mirrors stax the ask with lots of decoys
you may remember back in May 2012 when certain aromatics entered P2O/PTOI
threshold was triggered in June 2012 (for the second time on PTOI)
imo that round was done via CANT and a very specific aromatic
who like the others knows how to play the rigged game *off shore*
it came as no surprise to me that mere days b4 the dolts settlement in
Jan 2013
certain aromatics *SOLD* PTOI shares b4 that PPS *orchestration*
which was halted @ 1.49
one other interesting time to note >> July 2013 .. imo unlike some who
believe that RH got a honeymoon .. i suspect JW's posts *there* forced
the hand of those who didn't want RH installed as Ceo
so what to do when sole goal is to access P2O's tech for pennies on the $
have a few *collude*
pool shares (which is why imo IB showed 500k to 650k last fall to access)
and have an off shore aromatic proffer *guidance* in the guise of a *good* fella
since Jan 2013 >> which just interrupted prior efforts >> PTOI has been
aggressively and unrelentingly *compressed* via resets via colluding entities
the reason is beyond simple
this tech is worth BILLIONS .. it's both disruptive and checks off multiple boxes
and it's an emerging sector ..
that is *manna from heaven* for those who understand what is in play
certain aromatics .. didn't get to be *aromatic* by not understand or taking advantage
this is why i keep saying is RH naive or confident
we'll know *imo* exactly what is what re: RH by the time Q3 is filed
