Pocket Games, Inc. Publisher Projects Idol Hands to Exceed $1 Million in Sales
NEW YORK, NY, Nov 04, 2014 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- Pocket Games, Inc. (OTCBB: PKGM), a Games Development Company, today announced that it has completed negotiations with a leading game publisher to publish the Idol Hands game developed by Pocket Games. The Publisher and Company have jointly projected sales of the Idol Hands games to exceed One Million Dollars based on current PC gaming trends.
Originally developed in partnership with Intel(TM) and distributed as an OEM title with Creative Labs'
TM) Motion Detecting Webcam, Pocket Games signed a contract to acquire the Idol Hands title in early 2014 and has spent much of the year upgrading the play, removing the requirement for the Motion Detecting technology and implementing a new interaction system. Pocket Games will be announcing the Publisher shortly and they are a major player in the PC Digital Download space. The contract has already been signed and is to be announced shortly.
Idol Hands is a Strategy Game whereby the player gradually takes over a land, populates it with his people and builds farms and houses. Set in a fantastical world where the player is the God and has incredible powers over volcanoes and meteors as well as having the responsibility to make sure his people, the Furlings, grow and prosper when faced with evil Gods from other worlds.
