Dont know why pps falling- stocks usually cant trade in usa without dtc eligibility so that should've opened up a whole new market-the usa -most non dtc approved stocks dont trade at usa brokers- the several i've used anyway
pp issued at .05 is not making any money at this below 5c pps
cant access wdrs cusip master file without a bribe price
either the usual irrational market or dilution or ?
the often shorting nite is the lowest ask but other usual shorter vndm is at .15 so they're- vndm- currently not pushing pps down
