Good morning, keep this little GEM on radar... EPGL who has 8billion$ and 150b$ companies signing on with them to develop technology, EPGL and Intel may be working on an industry standard MEMS platform, its also possible sec filings have been delayed as these giants buy in to EPGL, also consider the smart contact lens race could it be INTEL, COOPERVISION, EPGL Vs. Google, Norvartis, +??

PwC worlds largest accounting firm holds a large block of shares, wouldn't surprise me if a deal is being negotiated to sell a % of these shares to one of these Industry Leaders. Company has kept the word of these never hitting retail market.
